Stand Out with a Professional Fax Cover Sheet
How many messages land in your email inbox each day? Dozens? Hundreds? We’re all being swamped by a sea of electronic communications, making it increasingly difficult for messages you send to get noticed.
That’s why we’re helping our customers cut through the clutter with customized fax cover sheets. A custom professional fax cover sheet screams, “Stand up and notice me!” Here are some of the ways a custom cover page can draw attention to your message:
- Add your company logo so the fax represents an extension of your brand
- Create a cover sheet specifically for a department or group within your company
- Add imagery
- Display information pulled dynamically from a database you provide – such as page count, sender’s contact information or destination fax number – saving time and further increasing the level of personalization.
If you think your messages can benefit from the addition of customized professional fax cover sheets, contact our customer support team. We’ll help you stand out from the crowd!
Thank You, ISC International Customers!
As we roll into February, our 2012 plans are starting to take shape here at ISC International. We expect to launch a few new business messaging products this year that will help our customers communicate more efficiently and securely than ever. But before we completely turn our attention to what’s next, I wanted to take a moment to say “Thank You” to the customers we’re been privileged to serve in 2011. Our goal has always been - and will continue to be – to deliver a great experience for our customers; a reliable service at a competitive price backed by first-class customer support. But there’s always room for improvement, and we welcome input. Let us know how we’re doing, and here’s to a prosperous 2012!
Be Heard with Fax Broadcast
In today’s sea of electronic communications, we’re always looking for ways to help our customers’ messages stand out in the crowd. One tactic that’s getting a lot of attention lately is fax broadcast, or broadcast messaging. With fax broadcasting, customers can create one message, then deliver it simultaneously to an unlimited number of recipients via multiple channels: fax, SMS text, email and telex. Build once, use many – as I like to say.
It’s efficient, of course. Some of our customers use fax broadcast to deliver seminar invitations to thousands of customers. Others use broadcast messaging to share documents and brochures. The time-saving possibilities are endless, and can be particularly valuable when time is of the essence.
- Police agencies use broadcast messaging to get amber alerts out to the media.
- College campuses use broadcast messaging to deliver timely warnings of campus crimes or threats to safety.
- Emergency preparedness offices use broadcast messaging to issue weather event warnings.
Remember the earthquake and subsequent tsunami that devastated Japan earlier this year, killing 15,000? The US Department of Homeland Security, in a report about the crisis, noted that the damage would have been far worse had early warning systems not been in place. NOAA’s Pacific Tsunami Warning Center issued warnings immediately following the earthquake, including alerts sent via ISC International fax broadcast.
In mission-critical communications such as tsunami warnings, getting the message out quickly is top priority. But that’s only half the battle. These days, our customers must also consider how their messages are being delivered. With so many forms of electronic communications available today, we’re all developing preferences. I still favor email but some of my colleagues prefer (and pay more attention to) text messages. By combining delivery channels, broadcast messaging lets our customers cover all the bases – increasing the chances of being heard.
Whether it’s a matter of life and death or simply a matter of efficiency, fax broadcast is helping businesses of all kinds get the word out.

“You are the greatest! I can’t believe how fast the turnaround is. I will have anyone interested in faxing contact you for setup.”
Experience the freedom of sending an infinite number of e-mails, faxes, telex and test message all at once.
