SMS (Text Message) Broadcasting

SMS text messaging is rapidly becoming one of the most widely used forms of electronic communications.

For example, ISC's SMS broadcast service can be used to comply with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, 20 USC 1092(f), which states that all Title IV educational institutions issue a "timely warning" alerting the campus community to certain crimes - in a manner that will aid in the prevention of similar crimes. ISC's SMS broadcasting service allows an institution to immediately contact the student body and all campus personnel with a single command, and a warning message can be sent simultaneously in multiple formats.
